Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in your designated regional market.
  • Develop account strategies, goals, objectives, and action plans for assigned territory.
  • Develop, maintain, and grow a robust pipeline of qualified prospects across verticals.
  • Led all phases of the sales process—from initial contact and needs analysis through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closing.
  • Deliver consultative sales strategies that highlight Safe Haven Defense’s unique value proposition and product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (field assessors, operations, and leadership) to develop and present client-specific security solutions.
  • Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to inform corporate strategy.
  • Represent Safe Haven Defense at industry events, trade shows, and relevant association meetings.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast sales activity, and report regularly to the Director of Sales.

Required Qualifications

  • Candidates must meet one of the following requirements:
  • Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 7 years of successful experience selling security solutions within the corresponding market.
  • Candidate must have a High school diploma or equivalent with 10+ years of successful experience selling security solutions within the corresponding market.

Preferred Experience

  • Demonstrated success in new business development across sectors including: Education (K-12 and Higher Ed), Government (local, state, and federal), Corporate and Industrial Enterprises: Healthcare, Technology, Financial Services, Logistics & Distribution, Data Centers, Automotive, Manufacturing, Retail (including Grocery), Construction.
  • Experience with long sales cycles, complex decision-making processes, and public sector procurement.
  • Familiarity with security and safety compliance requirements relevant to target industries.
