Responsibilities
- Sell Busbar and RiLineX solutions, collaborating with E&P teams while maintaining primary accountability for busbar processing equipment sales.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management to shape messaging and promotional strategies for social media and sales collateral.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and strategic partners.
- Represent Rittal at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to nurture long-term relationships.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
- Work closely with Eplan to deliver integrated solutions and maximize customer value.
- Develop use cases and application samples to support sales efforts.
- Work alongside the Service organization to address customer requirements.
Requirements
- Ability to travel regionally and nationally for customer visits, events, and internal meetings.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in SAP (APO PP/DS preferred), Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and PDM/PLM systems.
- Analytical mindset with a collaborative spirit and agile approach to change.
- Strong ability to present and collaborate with C-Suite to understand operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing—preferably in the manufacturing or energy sectors.
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing ecosystem and energy market dynamics.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.
- Familiarity with automation equipment and the efficiencies they can provide across an organization.
- Functional background with Busbar bending and processing is a plus.
