Job Description

RestoPros of Columbus West, a water mitigation and restoration company, is seeking an entrepreneurial, outgoing, and customer service-oriented relationship manager. You will be responsible for meeting with clients, educating them about our services, and guiding them to make the best decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build a book of referrals through in-person cold calls
  • Maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify and engage key contacts at potential client companies
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings to explain services
  • Address client challenges and provide solutions
  • Identify new business development opportunities
  • Monitor competitors and ensure client retention
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally
  • Set revenue targets and execute strategies to achieve them

Qualifications

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • High-quality customer service focus
  • Analytical and research abilities
  • Knowledge of relationship management practices
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Customer-oriented and outgoing personality
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Experience creating sales presentations
  • 3+ years in sales or customer service preferred
  • Construction experience preferred
  • Water mitigation/restoration experience preferred
