About the role

We are seeking a relationship-driven professional to join our team in Red Branch Outdoor Living. The ideal candidate will grow our business through referral partnerships, networking, community events, and industry relationships. This position is not a sales closing role; instead, you will focus on building trust, creating connections, and generating qualified introductions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral partnerships with local businesses and professionals
• Network with homeowners, contractors, and other industry professionals
• Organize and participate in community events to promote Red Branch Outdoor Living
• Develop and nurture industry relationships to expand our client base

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in using social media and digital marketing tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (not required)
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
• Experience in the outdoor living industry is a plus
