Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive demand for system integration solutions
  • Identify and pursue new leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and account management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored security solutions
  • Stay current on industry trends and product certifications
  • Represent RAE Security with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Systems Integration Sales
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Lenel/S2, Genetec, and/or Brivo
  • Strong knowledge of Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intrusion Alarms, and general security systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
  • 2+ years of experience in security systems sales or related field
  • Ability to travel locally within the Dallas area
