Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive demand for system integration solutions
- Identify and pursue new leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and account management
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored security solutions
- Stay current on industry trends and product certifications
- Represent RAE Security with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Systems Integration Sales
- Familiarity with platforms such as Lenel/S2, Genetec, and/or Brivo
- Strong knowledge of Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intrusion Alarms, and general security systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- 2+ years of experience in security systems sales or related field
- Ability to travel locally within the Dallas area
