What You’ll Do
- Identify leads and pursue new business opportunities within your geographic region and possibly beyond
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers through face-to-face and virtual outreach
- Lead consultative sales conversations to uncover business needs and present tailored PEO solutions
- Execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue goals
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to strengthen outreach strategies
- Track pipeline, activity, and client interactions in CRM software
- Represent Questco professionally at local events, associations, and industry groups
Compensation & Incentives
- Competitive base salary
- Residual commissions paid in perpetuity

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B business development experience (PEO or HR outsourcing preferred)
- Strong presentation and closing skills with a consultative approach
- Hightly organized, independent, and self-motivated
- Comfortable managing a full sales cycle and leveraging CRM tools
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
