Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Build the market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
- Possess the ability to prospect via cold call, email, drop-ins, trade shows, and networking in property management groups.
- Utilize Aspire CRM to document and track related information on all opportunities at all pipeline stages.
- Collect property and service data and validate field measurement take-offs for proposal development.
- Present all proposals face-to-face with the prospect.
- Effectively communicate the value of bids, focusing on the benefits and expected outcomes.
- Proactively coordinate and communicate with the operations team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of company solutions while balancing customer needs and company goals.
- Manage all customer communication with proper urgency.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Must be a highly motivated individual with previous sales or marketing experience.
- Experience managing sales and estimation processes (job costing, proposals, etc.) and in increasing revenue through the generation of leads.
- Build relationships, engage others through conversation, and has strong listening and presentation skills.
- Can defuse challenging situations, infuse trust, and negotiate and collaborate with varied personalities, while maintaining the capacity to make critical judgments and solve problems.
- Must have the determination to exceed the goals of the position and company by being able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong time management, and attention to detail.
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to obtain proper licenses and certifications.
- Preferably has at least one year of lawn care experience with knowledge of landscape maintenance/construction, snow/ice management, or similar trades.

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to perform the following physical activities: Bending, crouching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, sitting, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
Working Conditions
- This position is exposed to equipment movement hazards, dirt, noise, temperature extremes, direct sunlight, dampness, and chemicals/solvents.
- There are possible hazards from moving equipment and possible electrical shock.
- There is constant pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects daily.
- This is a fast-paced work environment with a significant amount of pressure.
