Key Responsibilities
- Execute a sales and marketing plan to increase referrals
- Conduct at least 50 outreach calls/visits per week
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build relationships with healthcare and community referral sources
- Maintain lead activity and reporting through CRM
- Provide daily/weekly updates to the Administrator
- Support local events and digital/social media outreach
Desired Experience
- Fresher or Home Care marketing and sales or healthcare business development experience
- Knowledge of home care, eldercare services, or healthcare systems is strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
