Responsibilities
- Generate new business by prospecting and building relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand their requirements and match them with suitable IT talent.
- Present our services and solutions to clients and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the IT staffing market and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management on progress and performance.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to build your network and expand your knowledge of the industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT staffing sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and negotiate contracts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results oriented.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
