Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by prospecting and building relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand their requirements and match them with suitable IT talent.
  • Present our services and solutions to clients and negotiate contracts.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the IT staffing market and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management on progress and performance.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to build your network and expand your knowledge of the industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT staffing sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and negotiate contracts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
