Responsibilities

  • Represent the entire Orise value proposition, conduct market analyses and develop strategies
  • Plan and oversee new go-to-market initiatives, detect and contact potential customers and identify new business areas
  • Develop opportunities and individual approaches to customers to create strong and lasting relationships
  • Plan and execute effective sales activities in line with the business strategy
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the business's core solutions through training programs and apply in sales activities
  • Work closely with operation departments, the marketing department, digital solution architects, and the product development department to optimize value selling towards the customer
  • Work closely with global sales colleagues to create a growth strategy for customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sales, marketing, or related field
  • (Basic) Understanding of life sciences OT manufacturing environment (Automation, MES, GAMP) would be an asset
  • Working experience of at least 5 years in Sales as Business Development Manager, Account Manager, or as a project engineer, lead engineer, or specialist
  • Ability to develop effective customer relationships to generate sales opportunities
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Demonstrate a passion and genuine desire to draw insights that will lead to the development of effective sales strategies
  • Good communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for any audience on both technical and business sides

Qualifications

Your profile should include:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sales, marketing, or a related field
