Key Responsibilities
- Drive consistent revenue by identifying, securing, and nurturing client relationships within scenic fabrication market
- Serve as a trusted partner to clients during early conversations, bidding, and the project development phase
- Lead client calls to understand creative goals, budgets, schedules, and technical requirements
- Work alongside the Business Development team to establish best practices and strategize workflows to maximize effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape scopes, pricing, and pursuit strategies that align with company resources and goals
- Develop and present proposals and estimates that align client expectations with company capabilities
- Maintain accurate project pipelines and contribute to company forecasting and capacity planning
- Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and events as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business development, sales, or project management experience in scenic fabrication, experiential, custom fabrication, or related project-based industries
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships, sales track record a plus
- Strong understanding of construction methods and fabrication workflows, estimating, and production constraints
- Proficiency in reading shop drawings, Sketchup/CAD a plus
- Strong written/oral communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable navigating creative, technical, and operational conversations
- Adaptable, collaborative, and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willing to travel and work non-standard hours as needed
