Key Responsibilities

  • Drive consistent revenue by identifying, securing, and nurturing client relationships within scenic fabrication market
  • Serve as a trusted partner to clients during early conversations, bidding, and the project development phase
  • Lead client calls to understand creative goals, budgets, schedules, and technical requirements
  • Work alongside the Business Development team to establish best practices and strategize workflows to maximize effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape scopes, pricing, and pursuit strategies that align with company resources and goals
  • Develop and present proposals and estimates that align client expectations with company capabilities
  • Maintain accurate project pipelines and contribute to company forecasting and capacity planning
  • Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and events as needed

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of business development, sales, or project management experience in scenic fabrication, experiential, custom fabrication, or related project-based industries
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships, sales track record a plus
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and fabrication workflows, estimating, and production constraints
  • Proficiency in reading shop drawings, Sketchup/CAD a plus
  • Strong written/oral communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable navigating creative, technical, and operational conversations
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and detail-oriented
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willing to travel and work non-standard hours as needed
