About the role
MRA-The Management Association is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, sales, and marketing, with a proven track record of generating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share and revenue
- Identify and pursue potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals and objectives
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and manage client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales and marketing
- Knowledge of CRM systems and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
