MRA-The Management Association is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, sales, and marketing, with a proven track record of generating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share and revenue
  • Identify and pursue potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals and objectives
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
  • Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and manage client relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales and marketing
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
