Required Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of solution sales, business development, or sales experience within the public sector, ideally in technology or data analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Policy, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven success in developing relationships that generate revenue and customer acquisition.
  • Extensive knowledge of government procurement processes, regulations, and contracting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience with financial services, banking, credit reporting, or related industries.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or similar).
  • Strong network within government or relevant industry sectors.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance issues affecting government contracts.

Other Requirements

  • Must have permanent work authorization in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
