Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business development opportunities
  • Coordinate attorney teams
  • Lead pitch efforts
  • Manage opportunities from concept to submission
  • Lead the development of pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and presentations
  • Conduct client, prospect, and market research
  • Maintain competitive intelligence to position the firm for new business
  • Support the successful integration of lateral hires into the firm

Qualifications

  • At least five (5) years of experience in a similar role in a law firm or professional services firm
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, or related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Meticulous writing, proofreading, and data entry skills
  • Capacity to interpret data
  • Technological proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office programs, including Copilot; InDesign skills a plus
  • Understanding of U.S. litigation terminology and framework
