Responsibilities
- Perform sales to existing and potential customers
- Meet and strive to exceed assigned revenue and margin quotes
- Cook up and execute strategies to drive revenue growth across key markets and industries
- Manage an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives
- Collaborate with the President, Sales Managers, Account Managers, and other facility and service line managers to develop sales strategies to improve market share and ensure revenue growth
- Attend and participate in conferences and other sales related events
- Absenteeism in assisting when necessary in operational functions
- Absenteeism in assisting in scheduling customer jobs
- Absenteeism in assisting in collections of past due accounts
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a thorough understanding and knowledge of the industry, the market and general industry practices including techniques and types of equipment
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
- Proven ability to motivate and work as a team member
- Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record, Criminal Background Check, required Drug Screens and Physical
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the full cycle sales process and excel at generating leads and rapport building
- Strong negotiating, selling, and closing skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Strong time management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Detail orientated with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend associated documents and maps
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to follow all company policies and procedures
- Ability to work other than scheduled times as necessary to meet deadlines or ensure that daily work is completed
