Business Development Manager

About the role

As our Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in growing Intrepid Travel's B2B business, expanding our brand presence, and creating meaningful connections with travel partners throughout your territory.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate B2B sales growth by developing strong partner relationships
• Identify new business opportunities
• Serve as a passionate representative for Intrepid Travel
• Expand market share and deepen partner engagement
• Collaborate across teams to deliver meaningful business results
• Measure success through clear KPIs including sales growth, partner retention, engagement activity, and overall contribution to regional targets
• Regularly travel throughout your assigned territory

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in B2B or B2C sales roles, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding performance KPIs and sales targets
• Experience in outside sales, account management, or business development
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships that drive measurable sales growth and market share
• 2+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry
• Excellent public speaking, presentation creation and execution, and communication skills, with confidence representing the brand externally
• Strong personal drive, commercial acumen, and motivation to deliver against defined sales and engagement metrics

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle, with willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory

Benefits

• Salary range: $72,000–$78,000 USD, depending on experience, plus a performance-based commission structure

$72,000–$78,000 USD, depending on experience, plus a performance-based commission structure

Schedule

Full-time, permanent remote position requiring regular travel throughout your assigned territory
