About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the company’s market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including identifying potential partners and clients.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
- Proven track record of successful client acquisition and relationship management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
