About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the company’s market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including identifying potential partners and clients.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successful client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
