Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to identify, target, and acquire new clients in the Midwest region.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and align our services with their goals.
- Collaborate with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services based on their evolving needs.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention through strategic proposal development (RFPs/proposals).
- Implement effective lead generation tactics, including market research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and foster a positive and fulfilling work environment.
- Engage in company decisions, direction, and strategy development.
Requirements
- At least 5-7 years of experience in Sales or Account Management.
- Experience within the automation industry is considered an asset.
- Post-secondary education in Engineering is preferred.
- Demonstrated skills critical for managerial success, including leadership, decisiveness, flexibility, sound judgment, and highly developed analytical and critical thinking.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish and nurture client relationships.
- Flexibility with travel, up to 50% across North America.
