Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify, target, and acquire new clients in the Midwest region.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and align our services with their goals.
  • Collaborate with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services based on their evolving needs.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention through strategic proposal development (RFPs/proposals).
  • Implement effective lead generation tactics, including market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and foster a positive and fulfilling work environment.
  • Engage, support, and participate in company decisions, direction, and strategy development.

Requirements

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in Sales or Account Management.
  • Experience within the automation industry is considered an asset.
  • Post-secondary education in Engineering is preferred.
  • Demonstrated skills critical for managerial success, including leadership, decisiveness, flexibility, sound judgment, and highly developed analytical and critical thinking.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, adept at establishing and nurturing client relationships.
  • Flexibility with travel, expected to range up to 50% across North America.
