This role is an integral part of FrieslandCampina's growth strategy, reports to the New Business Development Team Lead, and is supported by a dedicated high-performing team.
What we ask
- Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of ingredient sales experience with nutritional ingredients.
- Deep knowledge of the Active and Performance Nutrition markets in North America.
- Demonstrated success in territory and account development.
- Willingness and ability to travel (domestically and internationally) as needed.
- A collaborative spirit, interpersonal communication skills, and a drive for continuous learning.

Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of our brand strategy to build a robust, sustainable sales pipeline in the Performance and Active Nutrition markets.
- Develop and execute the market strategy with global and regional stakeholders.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Be the face of FrieslandCampina Ingredients—delivering value through insights, innovation, and solutions.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through execution.
- Manage account planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Operate with integrity and ensure compliance with legal, corporate, and ethical standards.
- Provide feedback on product/service innovation opportunities based on customer needs and market trends.
- Continuously optimize sales processes, value-based selling, and commercial excellence practices.
