Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Development
- Collaborate with partners, client team leads and regional leadership
- Develop and execute business development plans aligned with strategic priorities
- Identify and prioritize new client opportunities, markets and revenue streams
- Evaluate return on investment and inform budget allocation and prioritization
- Provide regular, insight-led reporting to stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-selling initiatives
- Leverage CRM data and client insights to strengthen relationships and identify expansion opportunities
- Work with BD and RFP teams to develop winning pursuit strategies
- Develop and share competitive intelligence and market insights
- Enablement
- Utilize CRM and data platforms to track leads, manage pipeline visibility and generate actionable insights
- Partner with BD, Marketing and Commercial colleagues to improve data quality, reporting and insight generation
- Champion the use of data analytics and emerging technologies, including AI tools
- Profile Raising and Market Engagement
- Work with Marketing and Communications teams to raise the profile of partners and the firm
- Design and deliver strategic client programs
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field
- Significant experience in business development within a professional services environment
- Experience operating in complex, consultative sales environments
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform strategy
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or InterAction
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
- Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative and solutions-oriented, with strong relationship-building skills
- Professionalism, accountability and commercial awareness

Placement within the range will vary based on these factors, and compensation decisions are made to ensure internal equity and alignment with market data.
