Key Responsibilities

  • Develop winning pursuit strategies
  • Create and share competitive intelligence
  • Data, Technology and AI
  • Utilize CRM and data platforms
  • Track leads, manage pipeline visibility
  • Generate actionable insights

  • Champion the use of data analytics and emerging technologies
  • Profile Raising and Market Engagement
  • Raise the profile of partners and the firm
  • Design and deliver strategic client programs
  • Ensure content and messaging alignment

  • Act as a connector across BD, Marketing and Commercial teams
  • Support capability-building initiatives

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field
  • Significant experience in business development within a professional services environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform strategy
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or InterAction
  • Experience with emerging technologies, including AI
  • Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach
  • Professionalism, accountability and commercial awareness

The salary range for this role reflects a variety of factors considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, work location, work arrangement, licensure and certifications, and applicable laws.

A Reasonable And Good-faith Estimate Of The Current Salary Range For Individuals Able To Work a Hybrid Schedule In The Office Locally Is $106,000.00 - $147,000.00
