Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Business Development

- Identify opportunities across regions and services
- Support and help coordinate client teams
- Leverage CRM data and client insights
- Pursues, Pitches and Competitive Intelligence
- Develop winning pursuit strategies
- Create and share competitive intelligence
- Data, Technology and AI
- Utilize CRM and data platforms
- Track leads, manage pipeline visibility
- Generate actionable insights
- Enablement
- Champion the use of data analytics and emerging technologies
- Profile Raising and Market Engagement
- Raise the profile of partners and the firm
- Design and deliver strategic client programs
- Ensure content and messaging alignment
- Collaboration and Capability Building
- Act as a connector across BD, Marketing and Commercial teams
- Support capability-building initiatives
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field
- Significant experience in business development within a professional services environment
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform strategy
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or InterAction
- Experience with emerging technologies, including AI
- Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach
- Professionalism, accountability and commercial awareness

The salary range for this role reflects a variety of factors considered in compensation decisions, including but not limited to an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, work location, work arrangement, licensure and certifications, and applicable laws.
A Reasonable And Good-faith Estimate Of The Current Salary Range For Individuals Able To Work a Hybrid Schedule In The Office Locally Is $106,000.00 - $147,000.00
