Business Development Manager

About the role

You are our first commercial hire in New York, opening the US market with banks, funds, and insurers. You will sell a category that does not exist yet: legal work delivered as an AI‑native service, to general counsel, heads of compliance, and legal operations at financial institutions. Long cycles, senior buyers, real substance in every conversation. You will work side by side with the firm's lawyers and the founders. They bring the legal credibility; you build the pipeline, run the process, and turn interest into signed engagements. There is no playbook waiting for you. You write it, from first outreach to repeatable motion, and it becomes how we go to market across the US.
