About the role

As Business Development Manager at Forus, you will build the operating system that creates qualified provider opportunities and drives repeatable growth. You will own team performance, prospecting strategy, and coaching, turning inbound interest and outbound outreach into qualified meetings for our Growth team. You will lead a team of 5-10 Business Development Representatives and define how the team prioritizes accounts, runs outreach, qualifies opportunities, and turns field learnings into stronger prospecting playbooks. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will coach through live scenarios, develop BDRs on your team, define prospecting strategy, and partner with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Growth to make the team more effective as it scales. This is a demanding role, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. You will be expected to "act like an owner" and commit yourself to Forus’ success. If you are low-ego, hungry to learn, and excited about intense, impactful work that drives both company growth and accelerated career progression, we want to hear from you.

All full-time roles are in person in New York.
