General Summary

Flambeau, Inc. is a privately held, award-winning plastics manufacturer offering custom (contract manufacturing) and proprietary injection and blow molded products and services globally. We serve industry-leading OEMs across various market segments since 1946.

Essential Duties

  • Manage assigned book of business and new customers for all facilities in North America and Mexico.
  • Engage with customers to uncover and evaluate new contract manufacturing business opportunities that align with strategic sales goals.
  • Review and approve repricing of existing parts and programs to maintain profitability and expectations.
  • Develop customer relationship intimacy with key contacts and sourcing influencers.
  • Schedule and conduct Business Review meetings with assigned Key Customer Accounts and monitor Customer Score Cards.
  • Provide timely and accurate inputs for the sales forecast process.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate program execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering, or related field preferred. Relevant work experience may substitute for degree requirements.
  • 3+ years Sales Experience in selling Injection molding, Blow-molding and/or contract manufacturing solutions.
  • Talented candidates with successful experience in managing large Key/Strategic accounts may also be considered.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, emphasizing Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
  • Experience with ERP Systems, such as Delmia/IQMS, is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ISO Quality System standards and protocols.
  • Knowledge and experience in the basics of Injection and Blow molding processes is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, including overnight stays.
  • Proven ability to manage and close long sales cycles (12+ months).
