Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships within assigned territories or market segments.
  • Promote fire sprinkler solutions including installations, retrofits, inspections, repairs, and ongoing service offerings.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
  • Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to effectively manage and grow your client base.
  • Conduct client consultations to evaluate fire protection needs and recommend appropriate sprinkler system solutions.
  • Create and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with design, estimating, and project management teams to ensure accurate project scope, pricing, and scheduling.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to provide support and identify additional service opportunities.
  • Stay current with industry trends, local fire codes, NFPA standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Accurately track sales activities, leads, proposals, and follow-ups using CRM software.
  • Provide reliable sales forecasting and contribute to strategic business growth initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong technical knowledge and industry experience related to fire sprinkler systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong Business Acumen And Problem-solving Abilities.
  • Experience Using CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Self-motivated with strong presentation and communication skills.
