Evaluates and assesses current and prospect employer needs
Identify employer decision makers to gain Work Comp business
Facilitates partner meetings
Partner with the Director of Workers’ Compensation to facilitate all Workers’ Compensation partner meetings
Resolves employer concerns
Partner with clinic leadership to resolve any employer concerns
Obtains commitments
Gain formal commitment from employers to utilize Exer’s WC services
Coordinates implementation
Coordinate the timely set-up of Exer’s WC Service Package to ensure smooth implementation for employer
Communicates progress
Communicate weekly achievements and employer pipeline status to Exer leadership
Manages sales funnel
Maintain a clean, thorough, and up to date sales funnel to forecast employer usage accurately
Understands competitive landscape
Maintain thorough understanding of competitive landscape within territory

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
- Two or more years of sales experience
