About the role

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with solid experience in the diverse business aviation operator and service company to support commercial growth and expand our customer base. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and managing the full business development cycle from market research through proposal submission and client engagement.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business development strategies and identify new opportunities.
Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
Qualify customer requirements and assess the company’s ability to deliver suitable services.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on commercial proposals, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with customer needs.
Act as a key point of contact for customers and prospective clients to develop strong, long-term relationships.
Monitor, track, and report the status of business development activities, including pipeline development, deal progress, and overall commercial performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or Marketing.
Experience in aviation or air charter business is an advantage.
Excellent spoken and written English.
