Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development efforts across aerospace, defense, engineering, and technology markets by identifying, prospecting, and securing new client partnerships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings through contract negotiation, closing, and account growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering leaders, hiring managers, procurement teams, and executive stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
  • Partner closely with recruiting and delivery teams to align client needs with technical talent solutions while maintaining a robust pipeline and achieving revenue targets.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of business development, account management, technical sales, or staffing sales experience.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and growing client relationships.
  • Experience selling professional services, engineering services, technical staffing, consulting solutions, or technology-based offerings is strongly preferred.
  • Strong experience cold-calling, negotiating contracts, rates, and service agreements.
