Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Western U.S.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, operators, and key decision-makers.
- Manage opportunities from prospecting through contract award.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop winning proposals and value propositions.
- Introduce innovative approaches to selling EPCM and advisory services, including AI-enabled insights and data-driven differentiation.
- Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitive activity.
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasts in the Company CRM.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years of business development experience in EPCM, engineering, or related industries.
- Proven experience selling EPCM services and generating sustained revenue growth.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and modern business development tools.
- Comfort partnering with teams using AI or digital tools in pursuit development and market analysis.
About the role
This role supports one or more targeted sectors, including life sciences, power, advanced manufacturing, food & beverage, and related industries, and partners closely with leadership, technical, and delivery teams.
Requirements
Must be based in the Western United States (preference for Denver, CO). Ability to travel up to 50%.
