About the role
This position is based in the United States. The territories that are covered by this role is LATAM and South America.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers, fostering lasting relationships, and ensuring consistent retention and expansion within their territory or assigned clients.
- Combine strategic territory and client planning, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and data-driven insights to meet sales objectives while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Achieve or exceed sales objectives for Robotic Solution sales, maximize ancillary revenue at POS, and integrate Eddyfi NDT products into the solutions where appropriate.
- Focus on acquiring new customers by successfully selling the first unit, establishing strong initial relationships, and driving business development activities, while ensuring consistent growth and retention within the existing customer base.
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales and Application teams to coordinate efforts and initiatives that drive customer satisfaction, foster business growth, and enhance retention and loyalty.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to request accurate quotes via Salesforce & coordinate sales proposal preparation and presentation.
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in the company’s complete offerings in assigned territory/market/strategic clients.
- Develop strategic sales plans prioritizing business development for first unit sales at new customers, while maintaining base growth, optimizing the quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Support and assist the sales management process to analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to monitor sales team performance and plan action items for improvements.
- Provide market intelligence input to Product Line Product Managers to optimize development and to forecast accurately.
- Prepare, plan, and develop meetings, account plans and presentations.
- Connect with customers virtually, by phone, online meeting platforms, and through face-to-face visits.
- Update the CRM daily with prospect's information, sales contacts, meeting minutes, customer interactions and tasks so that the forecast accurately always reflects the Sales Managers opportunity funnel.
- Attend internal sales meetings and sales development training.
- Travel to and from customer locations (driving or flying where required).
- Perform administrative tasks such as booking travel and completing expenses.
- Work in collaboration with finance to improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in a technical or business-related subject is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related subject is preferred.
- Robotics knowledge and experience.
- NDT/NDE experience preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years’ business to business sales experience.

- Experience gained through non-traditional routes is welcome.
