Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact within the agency.
- Understand clients' business goals, marketing objectives, and target audience to develop effective digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, creative teams, and digital specialists, to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns and projects.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell agency services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide project updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels, promptly addressing any issues or concerns to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or similar role within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and project management tools.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes for clients.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience in managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns and budgets.
- Knowledge of various digital marketing channels, such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Google Ads certifications and other relevant advertising certifications are a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and broader digital marketing channels is beneficial.
