Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact within the agency.
  • Understand clients' business goals, marketing objectives, and target audience to develop effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, creative teams, and digital specialists, to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns and projects.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell agency services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide project updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels, promptly addressing any issues or concerns to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or similar role within a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and project management tools.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes for clients.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience in managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns and budgets.
  • Knowledge of various digital marketing channels, such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
  • Google Ads certifications and other relevant advertising certifications are a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and broader digital marketing channels is beneficial.
