About the role
We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in our Maine territory. This role is focused on building strong local relationships, generating new opportunities and positioning the company as a trusted partner when property damage occurs.
Responsibilities
- Proactively connect with property managers, facilities leaders, HOA representatives and business owners
- Build and maintain a reliable network of referral partners
- Strengthen brand awareness through consistent in-market presence and engagement
- Generate new business through outreach, networking and referrals
- Identify and qualify opportunities for restoration services
- Partner with operations teams to ensure smooth handoff and project kickoff
- Share market insights and customer feedback with internal teams
Requirements
- Experience in outside sales and B2B business development
- Industry experience within restoration or similar industries that also provide services to property managers, facilities managers, HOAs, etc.
- Highly self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
