Position Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new revenue through commercial accounts, fleet partnerships, and B2B relationships. Key responsibilities include prospecting, pitching, and closing new accounts, selling membership and commercial wash programs, building strategic relationships, and driving sales momentum during new store launches.
Pipeline, CRM & Reporting
Track all prospecting, outreach, and deal activity in Zoho CRM to maintain an accurate pipeline. Report regularly on pipeline health, close rates, revenue against targets, and new-site campaign outcomes. Use data to forecast and prioritize the highest-value opportunities.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and active car insurance
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Working mobile phone for communication and coordination
- Punctuality — on time means early
- Willingness to lead after-hours/weekend activations & events
- Willingness to travel across multiple site locations and territories as needed
