Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Possess and prospect for new real estate and business opportunities that maximize airport revenue and land utilization.
• Create proposals, financial analyses, and business justifications to support strategic initiatives.
• Negotiate partnerships and agreements with developers, operators, and related agencies.
• Guide competitive solicitation and award processes in compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
• Present market findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and executive staff.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align development initiatives with operational and financial goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience totaling four years.
• Five (5) to seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in strategic business development.
• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.

Salary & Compensation

New salary range for this position: minimum of $85,451.11, midpoint of $106,808.38, and maximum of $128,165.65. There is also an attractive benefits package. Relocation assistance is available.
