Business Development Manager

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Creates authentic engaging conversations that build trust over time.
• Maintains accurate and timely updates in the CRM software to ensure reliable reporting.
• Learns the division’s three-to-five-year business plan and associated sales goals.
• Identifies key decision makers and establishes monthly or quarterly touch point plans.
• Attends client and community events to maintain visibility and strengthen relationships.
• Supports operations and client communication when project issues arise.
• Conducts win loss debriefs to identify strengths and improvement opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or University and 7 years of experience in the construction industry or a closely related field.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Tampa construction market.
