Requirements

  • 3-5 years of consultative sales experience within professional services, staffing, or Big 4.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and influence executive-level relationships with CFOs, Controllers, CHROs, and senior leaders reflective of our lines of business.
  • A competitive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong emotional intelligence and exceptional closing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability, high-reward environment.
  • Passion for helping clients strengthen performance through talent, process, and workforce solutions.
  • A desire to work in an environment that values collaboration, authenticity, and fun alongside achievement.

Benefits

  • A Trusted Brand – 20+ years of market leadership and a reputation for delivering high-quality talent and solutions across the U.S.
  • High-Earning Potential – Competitive base with uncapped commissions and clear paths for advancement.
  • High-Performance Culture – Recognized as a Best Place to Work, our culture is rooted in partnership, accountability, and celebrating wins big and small.
  • Flexibility & Support – A hybrid, empowered work environment with the tools, leadership access, and autonomy you need to thrive.
  • Purpose with Impact – Influence careers, strengthen organizations, and contribute to the growth of companies that fuel the economy.
  • People-First Approach – We value community, family, and building relationships that matter inside and outside the office.
