Responsibilities
- Track and report new business and organic growth opportunities through the pipeline.
- Chronicle wins in real-time and analyze win records/ratios by discipline.
- Closely work with the Business Development team to research prospects and craft proposals and presentations.
- Optimize business development organizational processes, maintaining a library of proposals, presentations, and client work samples.
- Coordinate and develop content for departmental workshops, planning sessions, and agency-wide trainings.
- Maintain archives of proposals and presentations.
- Assist in the development of business development tools to elicit prospect attention and merchandise agency value/ROI.
- Liaise with account and creative team leads to provide curated work samples for organic growth opportunities.
- Organize meetings to ensure on-time execution and manage relationships with external agents.
- Develop, edit, and proofread tailored proposals, presentations, and pitch deck content.
- Ensure process adherence, efficiency, and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of/interest in marketing, communications, and creative services.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Good business judgment/commercial acumen.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently but also within a more extensive department (and agency) construct.
- Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
- Four-year college/university degree, preferably in business or marketing/advertising/communications.
- Related agency and sales experience, three-five years preferred.
- Apple Keynote and Microsite Office experience preferred.

Pay
Hiring Rate: Minimum $67,500 annually, Maximum $90,000 annually, based on local requirements and applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds.
