About the role
Responsible for expanding the company’s client base through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with key clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the 3PL market
- Negotiate and manage contracts with potential clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development
- Proven track record of successful client acquisition and retention
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with CRM software
