About the role
We're building an AI-driven, audience-focused unified advertising platform designed to make programmatic advertising more transparent, efficient, and valuable for publishers and advertisers. This is an early-stage opportunity where you'll help build the partner ecosystem from the ground up and play a direct role in shaping the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and build partnerships with publishers, SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, ad networks, and CTV partners.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound outreach, industry relationships, referrals, and events.
- Own partnerships end-to-end - from prospecting and negotiation to integration, launch, and growth.
- Develop and expand high-quality supply and demand across web, mobile, video, and CTV.
- Negotiate commercial terms and build sustainable, mutually valuable partnerships.
- Work closely with Product and Tech teams on integrations such as OpenRTB, Prebid, and VAST.
- Track partner performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue, CPM, fill rate, bid rate, win rate, and overall platform performance.
- Build long-term relationships and identify opportunities to expand partnerships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Programmatic, AdTech Business Development, Supply Partnerships, Demand Partnerships, or a similar role.
- A strong existing network across publishers, SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, ad networks, or CTV platforms.
- Proven experience in sourcing, negotiating, onboarding, and growing programmatic partnerships.
- Good understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, OpenRTB, auction mechanics, and key programmatic metrics.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with both commercial and technical teams.
- Experience with Tier 1 markets is a plus.
- Familiarity with ads.txt, app-ads.txt, sellers.json, Prebid, and privacy requirements is preferred.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot, and AI-powered prospecting tools is a plus.
- Motivation, ownership, curiosity, and the drive to make things happen are equally important in an early-stage startup.
