Business Development & Flooring Sales

About the role

Floor Covering International of SW Denver is a trusted, family-owned flooring business serving the SW Denver and Summit County area. We are expanding our footprint and looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Territory Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Property Managers, Realtors, Builders, etc. to become their preferred Flooring vendor.
• Possess and develop new customer relationships through networking, referrals, and company-provided leads.
• Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate flooring solutions.
• Prepare and present professional proposals and quotes.
• Closely manage the customer journey from consultation through installation.
• Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify future opportunities.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions, maintaining brand reputation and integrity.

Qualifications

• Proactive, focused, disciplined, go-getter attitude.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or territory management (experience in flooring, remodeling, construction, or real estate highly preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work independently.
• A high level of professionalism and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Compensation

This is a remote position. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.
