What You’ll Do
- Build and manage commercial client relationships
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities
- Manage a pipeline of commercial and property management accounts
- Cookordinate vendor onboarding processes
- Partner with operations to ensure excellent customer experience
- Grow existing accounts and increase share of wallet
- Track sales activity and pipeline updates in CRM
What We’re Looking For
- Required: 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship building
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
- Preferred: Experience in plumbing, facilities, home services, construction, or trades
- Experience working with property management or facilities teams
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or ServiceTitan
