About the role
We're hiring a Business Development Executive to help build a premium British brand in the US market. Millboard is the composite decking and cladding manufacturer of choice for architects, contractors, and discerning homeowners worldwide. We're family-owned and growing fast in the US. You'll own a regional territory and build relationships across distributors, contractors, architects, and end users.
Responsibilities
- Own a regional territory and build relationships across distributors, contractors, architects, and end users
- Sell to architects, dealers, contractors, and end users
- Present to AIA (American Institute of Architects) members
- Manage a disciplined sales process
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote the brand
Requirements
- At least 3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in construction or building products
- Experience selling to architects, dealers, contractors, and end users
- Strong CRM skills and a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Confidence in presenting and communicating effectively
Qualifications
- Education in business, marketing, or related field is preferred but not required
- Passion for outdoor living and appreciation of high-quality building materials
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay
$60,000 – $80,000 base salary + 25% variable compensation. Total Offered Salary (OTE) $80,000 – $106,700
