About the Role

TriVista is seeking a highly organized Business Development Coordinator to support sales pursuits, proposal development, CRM management, and business development activities across the firm.

This role serves as a key partner to Business Development Leadership, Practice Leaders, and internal teams by helping coordinate client opportunities, maintain sales systems and materials, support outreach efforts, and improve business development processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of sales operations, business development, analytics, and client engagement within a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support proposal, RFP, and business development efforts
  • Create and maintain client-facing sales materials and presentations
  • Manage CRM data, reporting, and pipeline tracking
  • Conduct prospect, company, and market research
  • Support executive outreach campaigns and meeting coordination
  • Maintain sales collateral libraries and version control
  • Analyze sales data and build reports using Excel and Salesforce
  • Help improve business development processes and workflows
  • Partner with leadership to support strategic account planning

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business development support, account management, or related functions
  • Experience supporting B2B sales organizations, consulting firms, or large enterprise environments
  • Strong Salesforce or CRM experience
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and reporting
  • Strong PowerPoint presentation development skills
  • Experience supporting RFPs, RFIs, proposals, or client pursuits
  • Excellent attention to detail and project coordination skills
  • Able to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay

The salary range for this position reflects our good-faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base pay for the role at the time of posting. The actual pay offered may vary based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, location, and market conditions. For example, a candidate with the minimum required experience and qualifications may receive an offer near the lower end of the range, while a candidate with extensive experience and specialized expertise may receive an offer near the top of the range. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
