About the role
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities by initiating contact with prospects, generating leads and sales, advancing client relationships, and coordinating outbound sales activities.
Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with prospects and incoming leads.
- Generate interest in solutions through calling prospective buyers.
- Qualify all incoming leads to determine if they are prospective buyers.
- Persuade prospects to set meetings with the Regional Sales Managers (RSM) team.
- Set phone and field meetings for the RSM team to help close more deals.
- Track and document the sales process within the CRM system.
- Work with Marketing to develop proper contact campaigns and strategies.
- Focus on lead generation and support the RSM team to close deals.
- Learn Cemen Tech’s IMPACT sales process.
- Help the Sales team with dealer management and training.
- Assist in administrative tasks.
- Prospect and find leads for RSMs in the regions they support.
- Manage outbound marketing campaigns.
- Manage the Investigate, Meet, and Convince stages in the sales process.
- Connect with prospects via Marketing, Map My Customers, HubSpot prospecting tools, and internet searches.
- Qualify all Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) opportunities.
- Coordinate demonstrations and meetings for RSMs and assist in managing their schedule.
- Manage all CRM activities and assist in generating quotations for prospects.
- Follow up on quotes after they have been given to the prospect.
- Work through key steps in the Convince stage.
- Send specific content focused on reinforcing the prospect’s desire to buy.
- Monitor and manage all deal activity (Direct & Dealer).
After-sale Support
- Coordinate internal communication from customers to the Customer Service department.
- Remove incoming support issues from RSMs.
- Manage all communication from beginning to resolution with Sales, Service, and Engineering teams, tracking all issues in HubSpot.
- Complete 30, 60, and 90-day check-ins with all customers who have purchased equipment this fiscal year.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 2 - 4 years of professional experience.
- Well-spoken and comfortable on the phone; experience calling prospects is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
