Business Development Coordinator
About the role
Travoom is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to coordinate market-facing content, partner, and growth workflows with accurate tracking and follow-through. This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates in the United States. The role supports digital product, marketplace, sports, customer, and data operations, emphasizing account research, qualified opportunities, CRM hygiene, and coordinated follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Research audiences, partners, accounts, competitors, or channels using approved sources and criteria.
- Maintain campaign, content, outreach, partnership, or pipeline trackers with accurate status information.
- Coordinate briefs, reviews, approvals, deliverables, and deadlines across internal and external partners.
- Prepare clear messaging drafts, supporting materials, and recurring performance summaries.
- Capture feedback, results, and lessons learned so future work can improve.
What good looks like
Deliverables are accurate and on time, stakeholders know the current status, outreach records are complete, and performance learning is documented for follow-up.
Requirements
- Strong research, writing, coordination, and follow-through skills.
- Experience with content, campaigns, partnerships, CRM records, or commercial workflows.
- Comfort organizing performance data and preparing concise summaries.
- Ability to manage reviews and deadlines across a remote team.

Pay
Full-time, associate-level position with a base compensation of $42,000–$62,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
