Business Development Coordinator

Classic Toyota of Hampton, located at 2301 West Mercury Boulevard, Hampton, VA, is seeking a full-time Business Development Coordinator.

About the Role

Do you enjoy meeting new people and helping customers? Are you passionate about delivering an excellent customer service experience? Do you have an outgoing personality and enjoy cultivating new relationships? If so, we want to talk to you!

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
• Work with internet leads to set appointments for proper vehicle demonstrations
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
• Deliver inquiries and messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Drive to hit sales quotas and goals
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a minimum of three full years of driving experience with an official Driver’s License (not a Driver’s Permit)
• Legal right to work for any employer in the United States
