Responsibilities

  • Oversight of incoming leads for the sales department
  • Generation of appointments and quotes through proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management
  • Qualifying and marketing potential customers
  • Atraction of potential clients and retention of current clientele
  • Answering product and service questions via phone and/or internet
  • Contributing to high scores for the manufacturer’s customer satisfaction index (CSI)
  • Directing customers to product information resources, including online resources
  • Checking email frequently and responding to inquiries immediately
  • Making outbound sold and unsold follow-up calls
  • Being available to respond to phone and email inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Maintaining and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals

Requirements

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task
  • Self-motivation and goal orientation
  • The willingness to submit to a drug screen before employment
  • A clean and valid driver’s license
