About the role

Crawford & Associates, Inc. is a geotechnical engineering, engineering geology, and construction materials testing firm founded in 2012, now with over 85 employees across nine offices in California and Washington State. We're a team of engineers, geologists, and specialists who love solving tough problems, whether that's a bridge foundation, a water line, a new school, or the next big development. We build long-term partnerships with our clients, give advice they can count on, and have fun doing it. Crawford & Associates, Inc. is hiring a Business Development Coordinator for our Costa Mesa office that we opened this year. This role is a split between business development and recruiting. You will help find and win new work across Southern California, and help find and hire the people who deliver it. You will report to the Business Development Specialist and work closely with our principals, project managers, and construction services leadership. If you are a person who likes research, building relationships, and working with cool people, we want to hear from you.
