for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We have content: description of role (About the role). Responsibilities list. Qualifications & Experience (qualifications). Skills maybe part of qualifications? The posting includes "Qualifications & Experience" and also some skill statements within responsibilities and qualifications. We can have a "Qualifications" section covering degree, experience, etc. Also maybe a "Skills" section for specific skills like Microsoft Office, Salesforce, analytical, writing, etc. Benefits: mention "You may also be eligible to take advantage of our benefits offering, 401K, and paid time off plans." That's benefits content. Pay: salary range given $60,000 - $83,000. Schedule: hybrid role location Phoenix or Chicago - hybrid role. So schedule: hybrid (some in-office, some remote). We'll include Schedule section.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. We have some lines about pre-employment screening, AI-assisted tools, etc. Those are boilerplate; remove them. Also "All offers and/or employment contracts are contingent upon..." is boilerplate; remove. Also "We use limited AI‑assisted tools..." remove. Also "Applicants may have rights..." remove.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So keep role description, responsibilities list, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay, schedule.
We need to use for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
Let's extract content.
About the role: The paragraph starting "Working on the Business Development team..." up to "...and to collaborate with Marketing and Business Development team members across the globe." Also maybe include "The Coordinator will provide day-to-day project, research, tracking and support across Partner business development planning, client growth initiatives, pursuit and industry teams, events, pitches and other department priorities. Above all, the Client and Business Development Coordinator must fulfill the needs of the firm in a manner consistent with the Firm’s Core Values." That's part of role description. We'll put that in About the role.
Responsibilities: list bullet points after "With oversight from and in collaboration with the Senior Manager of Business Development and other members of the Marketing and Business Development team, you will:" then bullet list. We'll capture each bullet.
Qualifications & Experience: list bullet points after that heading. We'll treat as Qualifications section.
Skills: Could extract skill statements from responsibilities and qualifications: "Possess superior project management skills as well as excellent organizational, analytical and writing skills", "Present ideas in clear, logical and concise format", "Possess the ability to quickly develop a strong working knowledge of the firm, its practice groups, and its clients and their industry sectors", "Demonstrate cross-cultural communication skills and ability to interface with internal clients in Fragomen offices worldwide", "Provide additional support to wider Marketing and Business Development department, as needed". We'll put these in Skills section as list.
Benefits: "You may also be eligible to take advantage of our benefits offering, 401K, and paid time off plans." That's benefits.
Pay: salary range: "$60,000.00 - $83,000.00". Also mention "A Reasonable And Good-faith Estimate Of The Current Salary Range For Individuals Able To Work a Hybrid Schedule In The Office Locally Is $60,000.00 - $83,000.00". We'll put that.
Schedule: hybrid role location Phoenix or Chicago - hybrid role. So schedule: Hybrid (Phoenix or Chicago). We'll mention location and hybrid.

- Independently driven, resourceful, proactive and self-motivated with a "make it happen" mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
We might also separate Skills but we already included many skill items in qualifications. However the instruction: Use sections for Skills if posting has real specific content. We have skill statements separate from qualifications (like "Possess superior project management skills..." etc). Those are not captured in qualifications list. We could create a Skills section for those. But we already included many skill items in qualifications (like high proficiency with MS Office, knowledge of Salesforce, analytical, writing, multitasking, client service, collaboration, proactive). The remaining skill statements: "Possess superior project management skills as well as excellent organizational, analytical and writing skills", "Present ideas in clear, logical and concise format", "Possess the ability to quickly develop a strong working knowledge of the firm, its practice groups, and its clients and their industry sectors", "Demonstrate cross-cultural communication skills and ability to interface with internal clients in Fragomen offices worldwide", "Provide additional support to wider Marketing and Business Development department, as needed". Some of these overlap with qualifications but we can still create a Skills section to avoid duplication? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might be better to merge skills into Qualifications. However we already have qualifications list includes many skill items; we could add the remaining skill statements to qualifications list as well. That would avoid a separate Skills section. Let's do that: add those skill statements to Qualifications list.
Thus Qualifications list will include:
- Bachelor’s degree...
- At least two to three years...
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite...
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Experience in marketing immigration services, legal or professional services a plus
- Highly analytical, organized and detail-oriented
- Solid writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations requiring adherence to tight deadlines
- Client service oriented with the aptitude to address internal clients’ needs in a professional and courteous manner
- Able to collaborate, excel and deliver outcomes in a team environment
- Independently driven, resourceful, proactive and self-motivated with a "make it happen" mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
- Possess superior project management skills as well as excellent organizational, analytical and writing skills
- Present ideas in clear, logical and concise format
- Possess the ability to quickly develop a strong working knowledge of the firm, its practice groups, and its clients and their industry sectors
- Demonstrate cross-cultural communication skills and ability to interface with internal clients in Fragomen offices worldwide
- Provide additional support to wider Marketing and Business Development department, as needed
That seems comprehensive.
